1. Services

SiteKick Sites provides website design, development, and social media content creation/management services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
 

2. Payments & Invoicing

  • A deposit (as specified in your quote, usually 50%) is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
     

3. Revisions & Changes

We include a set number of revisions as stated in your package or proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the agreed terms may incur extra charges.
 

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content, images, and information by the agreed deadlines.

  • Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Ensure any materials you provide are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
     

5. Intellectual Property

  • You own all content, graphics, and materials you supply to us.

  • Upon full payment, the completed website or social media content we create for you will be your property.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
     

6. Cancellation Policy

  • If you choose to cancel after work has started, any deposit is non-refundable.

  • You will be invoiced for any completed work or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
     

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for:

  • Loss of income or damages caused by website downtime, third-party software, or hosting issues.

  • Errors caused by changes made by you or third parties after project completion.
     

8. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or use third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, social media platforms). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or costs related to these services.
 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Texas.
